REQUIRED PRODUCTION MANAGER


1. Monitoring, Execution & adherence of Efficiencies & Productivity, Production Plan & Processes are carried out as MMI 2. Monitoring & Tracking of Wastage Calculation
3. Raw Material Requirement in Production Process
4. Identifying Production losses and initiate corrective actions to avoid losses like monitoring seconds generation and implementing CAPA 6. Tracking & Monitoring Production as per Dispatch Plan 7. Preparation of Production Analysis Report 8. Checking and Monitoring Production Slip (will be responsible for Production Slip) 9. Inspection and Quality Planning for all the machines and making Maintenance Plan (Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance Plan) 10. Visit to all the plants periodically and maintain the log book, check the Complaint Registers during the visits, 11. Compilation of all Plants Production Summary Reports:

12. Should be able to do Man Power Planning
QUALIFICATION:
1) B.E. / B. Tech (Mechanical)/ Technical education
EXPERIENCE:
1) Minimum 10-12 years in the manufacturing industry
2) Should knowledge of Standard Operating Procedures
