Department: Personnel & Admin
Location: Sinnar Nashik
Reports to (Functionally): Company Secretary / Corporate HR Head / Asst.Manager P & A
Reports to (Administratively): Factory Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Personnel & Administration Activity.
 Prepare & maintain all activity regarding time keeping of entire factory strength.
 Acts as liaison between the organization and external benefit vendors like labor
contractor.
 Ensure daily manpower requirement of contractual labor and fulfillment.
 Manage & update HR database with different information such as new
appointment, termination
 Assist in monthly payroll cycle, from preparation to salary disbursement.
 Store paperwork for HR policies and procedure.
 Answer employees question regarding their compensation & benefits.
 Coordinate with other departments regarding administration support.
 Prepare a data according to requirement of corporate HR team.
 To prepare & maintain all necessary documents to perform periodic audit.
