Reports to (Administratively): Factory Manager.
Personnel & Administration Activity.
Prepare & maintain all activity regarding time keeping of entire factory strength.
Acts as liaison between the organization and external benefit vendors like labor
Ensure daily manpower requirement of contractual labor and fulfillment.
Manage & update HR database with different information such as new
Assist in monthly payroll cycle, from preparation to salary disbursement.
Store paperwork for HR policies and procedure.
Answer employees question regarding their compensation & benefits.
Coordinate with other departments regarding administration support.
Prepare a data according to requirement of corporate HR team.
To prepare & maintain all necessary documents to perform periodic audit.
